In which I am insanely proud of myself for accomplishing this.

I seriously feel as though I have achieved greatness with this. :D I should probably explain.

Usually, when I create a video, it doesn’t upload from my camera to my computer.

HOWEVER!

This time, it HAS! And, in case you hadn’t already guessed, I am completely thrilled about that.

Anyhow, I digress. Here is the video that I shot a few days ago of me playing Wind by Brian Crain on my sister’s keyboard. I messed up a few times, but, strangely, I prefer to mess up a few times rather than completely get everything right haha. And, naturally, I couldn’t just upload the video… I’ve made a few, erm, Megan-ish modifications to it. (; Enjoy!

NOTE: It's best viewed in full-screen mode!

Baaahhhhh!!!! You're too awesome! First of all, this is absolutely beautiful and I hope I'll be as good as you on piano someday. And that's incredible that you taught yourself!
Second, I think they have on display, in some museum in Austria, Mozart's iPod. :P
Third, you're so witty and your videos are always so funny and you should come up with stick figure designs of me and Kellie.
Fourth, huzzah for you for finishing the video! My life would have been a few smiles and laughs shorter if you hadn't. :)

I LOVE YOU SO MUCH RIGHT NOW! (sorry that's odd) But you totally made my day when I heard that Sherlock Holmes Theme music. I legitly smiled. (and not like those fake people who put lol when they're not ack-chellay laughing out loud) and WOW! You're playing is great! It makes my Wine Red score sound like twinkle twinkle little star lol. And your credits were great haha.

Hey quick question for Megan's computer skills. How do you get music from iTunes onto Windows Movie maker, because I have always been trying to be able to do that but I don't know how. ;) Please HELP!

Caroline, aww thank you so much! I'm sure you're marvelous at piano! (:
Hahaha, I want to go and see that! ;D
Why thank you! It took three days to add all the things that I put in there... I finally had to stop myself and post it cause I had watched it over and over again to see what else I could add. And I most certainly will! Maybe our stick figure adventures will come up in a future episode of Blunderkind! (Which I can't wait to continue once school is finished!! It's a wonder that I had time to finish this one!)
And thank you again! That's always lovely to know. (:

Kellie, hahaha, tis not odd at all! I ADORE the Sherlock Holmes music; if I ever happen to stumble upon the soundtrack somewhere, I'll get it without giving it a second thought.
Oh, I'm sure that your cover is fantastic! It all just takes a loooot of practice haha. Why thank you again! :D Encouragement makes my heart smile.

OH JOY! Okay, here's whatcha do. It's really simple: just get the two windows on your screen so that you can drag a song from your library into the space on the left of the WMM window where uploaded content goes (it's the big white space, hard to miss (:.) If it's successful, the audio track appears in the white space. However if, for some reason, it comes up with an error box that the music file could not be opened with Windows Movie Maker, or if your cursor turns into a circle with a slash through it when you try to drag the song to the white space, then it gets a little trickier. I'm guessing that you buy most of your music off of the iTunes store? If you have any off of a CD that you've put on iTunes, than, depending on the format of the CD (for example, if it's MP3 format), it should load without a problem. However, recent iTunes purchases and certain CDs will more than likely be protected (more likely in the case of iTunes purchases), or otherwise unprotected (more likely a song from a CD) MPEG-4 files. If that happens, you'll need a converting program to convert the file from MPEG-4 (or whatever else the audio file may be) to MP3. I have a really nice one that a techy friend of mine suggested to me; it's done wonders. In the case of a last ditch effort (aka conversion haha), I can probably upload the program to a downloadable format for ya. If you're unable to get the song onto WMM due to unsupported format (you can find this out for sure by going on WMM into "File" > "Import into Collections..." then selecting the song you're trying to upload (make sure that the drop box at the bottom of the "Import File" window that you're selecting the song from (the one labeled "Files of type") says "All Files", otherwise the song may not even appear). If it's not supported, a box will appear that says "The file *your file name here* is not a supported file type, and it cannot be imported into Windows Movie Maker.". In that case, you'll need to convert it in order to get it on there.

All that to say... computers are confusing sometimes, but often rewarding. I really hope that that helps, and that I didn't just ramble for ten minutes haha. If that was absolute gibberish, I can make a video tutorial to post on here. (:

Hey Megan. I know you're probably busy with school and such (as am I) but I thought I'd let you know I'm really missing you. Come back soon as you can!
